A little Reminder before your appointment...
We want your appointment to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so please take a moment to read the information below before visiting us.
🪪 Valid Id & Requirements
Valid photographic ID is required for all appointments where age verification is necessary.
Please make sure you bring the correct ID with you.
Under 16s:
Anyone under 16 must attend with their parent or legal guardian. Both the young person and the accompanying parent/legal guardian must bring valid photographic ID.
Unfortunately, if the required ID isn't provided, we won't be able to carry out the appointment.
You can find our full age restrictions and requirements online. If you're unsure whether your chosen piercing is available at your age, please get in touch with us before booking.
👧 Children in the Studio
To help us maintain a calm and comfortable environment for everyone, children under 10 are not permitted in the studio unless they are the person having the piercing.
Where possible, please arrange childcare for younger children before attending your appointment.
⏰ Please Arrive On Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment so we have enough time to complete everything properly without impacting our other clients.
If you'd like to arrive a little earlier, you're welcome to come 5–10 minutes before your appointment, where space allows. This gives you time to browse our jewellery and get settled in our waiting area.
Our waiting area can sometimes be busy and space is limited, so we kindly ask that you are mindful of other clients when arriving early.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on how late you are, we may not be able to carry out your appointment without affecting other bookings.
